PRODUCTION INFORMATION
For the new model first order:
The order quantity for metal and handmade glasses is 500 pairs per model, with a minimum of 150 pairs of each colour. (If the Acetate sheet has a MOQ, then the glasses will have a higher MOQ)
The order quantity for injection glasses is 1200 pairs per model.
For repeat orders:
The order quantity for metal and handmade glasses is 300 pairs per model, with a minimum of 100 pairs of each colour. (If the Acetate sheet has a MOQ, then the glasses will have a higher MOQ)
The order quantity for injection glasses is 700 pairs per model.
Production of a new customised sample is around one month.
For rapid prototyping, it is around 10 working days.
Depending on the structure of the glasses and the complexity of the process, the production lead time is around 60~90 days.

We can provide and mount any kind of lenses: polycarbonate, polarized CR39, acrylic, nylon, or glass.
We are able to assist with your branded soft pouch, hard case and lens wipe requirements.
Normally these are separate providers entirely as we do not manufacture these items.
